My Mother.
I’ve written about her several times….here and here.
She’s been such an integral part of my life. It’s hard to find the words that do her justice. She truly is the most beautiful person I know. She gives of herself, all the time, in ways that I often don’t think I could.
Heartbreaking circumstances had her raise my sister and I alone. But in all my memories, she did it with grace, with beauty, with amazing strength.
Even now, as I have my own children, she gives of herself. If I need her for any reason – to watch the kids, to come hang out, to give me a time-out, she’s there.
I know I’m lucky. I know not everyone has this type of relationship with their mother.
We talk several times a week. It’s odd for me not to see her at least once a week. I can’t imagine what it’s like for those who live far away from their moms.
She’s a true blessing. I thank God for her every day.

Thanks for this lovely giveaway!
Love this. My mom is beautiful and amazing, and has shown me such strength and grace in these later years of our lives. She maintained her strength and beauty through a battle with cancer many years ago and showed me how to stay strong!

🙂
My mom and I did not always get along, but as soon as I got married the tide changed, and now that I’ve had children, she has helped me so much, and I also think I ended up with a new respect for her as well.
Tweeted, too. Great give-away, and I use Oil of Olay.
My mom has always been one of the most generous people I know and that’s so beautiful.

My mom takes physical fitness super seriously, and has always taught me by example that beauty lies in health and strength as much as appearance.
My mom is kind, loving, and is a people person…she never meets a stranger…she is strong…she is a breast cancer survivor thanks for the giveaway
My mom… man nothing I can say can do her justice. She raised all 5 of us and did an amazing job. She worked her tail off and then came home and had to deal with us and we were/are a rowdy bunch. What amazes me is how even through all this she still has time to work with other kids and goes wherever she is needed within our community. She is a survivor through everything lifes put her through and when people talk about women who are selfless and go above and beyond for others…those people actually exist my mom is one of them! She’s the best! <3
