Does anyone else out there in the universe have a list of people in their head that, if given the chance, they’d like to be friends with?
Wow. When I type that out, it makes me sound like an uber nerd.
Well, whatever. It’s sort of my thing. I do it a lot.
My hubby and I will be watching something on tv and I’ll all of sudden bust out with “Oh, he/she’s my friend!” (if you don’t know me, it’s probably tough to understand my tone for that statement, but I assure you it’s ridiculously cute albeit a little immature.)
But nonetheless, I have a “celebrity” friend wish list – otherwise known as people that I think would be really freakin’ cool to hang out with, be buds with, homeys, and all around pals.
If I could go out in the world and meet a few people that otherwise I would never encounter, there folks are at the top of my list–
(Please note that I am aware of how strange some of these sound, but I can’t help it.)
Mia Michaels – This woman is amazing, inspiring and pretty much just kicks ass. I’m just saying.
Steve Mazzagatti – He’s a ref for MMA and the Ultimate Fighter. Not that Herb Dean probably wouldn’t be a great friend, but I want Steve to look at me and say “Bring it on, come on!”
Joshua Allen – He was the winner of Season 4, So You Think You Can Dance. Come to think of it, he may have been the person to start the whole “He’s My Friend” phenomenon. Have you seen him? His cute, shy smile? I want to carry him around with me in my pocket and bring him out to dance on special occasions.
Bob Harper – Do you watch The Biggest Loser? I am a huge Bob fan. He is just awesome and if anyone was going to get me to work out, it would be him. Jillian would make my cry like the pansy that I am.
Who are people that you’d like to be friends with?
You are not alone! I do the same thing… but I usually imagine a huge dinner table with my picks sitting around chatting. To name just a few: Oprah, Johnny Depp, Amy Winehouse, James Franco and Kate Walsh. 🙂
I love that your list isn't the typical A-list celebs who too much attention already. LOL. Heck ya- I'd LOVE to meet Bob Harper– he looks like he gives the best hugs ever don't you think?
