Lordy have mercy, it’s November.

November 1, 2011 By Erin L. Leave a Comment

Do you ever just stop and think “holy mother, where does the time go?”

Yeah, that’s me today.

I am in absolute disbelief that today is November 1.

Thanksgiving is a little over three weeks away.  After that, it’s a whirlwind…hubby’s birthday, Bug’s 3rd birthday, Christmas, then my birthday.  I’m not sure I’m ready for that.

Ok, scratch that.

I KNOW I’m not ready for that.

Christmas shopping?  Party planning?

In years past, I took a 1/2 day from work and did all my shopping then.  I went in early and stayed late so I could send invitations and scour websites for gift ideas.  This year…I am not entirely sure how the heck I’m going to manage to get that done with the kidlets under foot.

I see late nights in my future. Very late nights.

But I’m not gonna get stressed about it.  I know it’s a time to reflect and be thankful. And I have much to be thankful for.

I mean, did you see my pirate and pumpkin?

For the month of November, I am taking part in #NaBloPoMo so I’ll be posting EVERY day.
