Something is happening.
Things are different. My body is different.
Of course, much of that is the fact that I had two children in the last five years. Everything is a tad off. Pants don’t fit the way they used to. Shirts cling in areas they didn’t used to cling. Embarrassingly enough, even my underwear and bras fit different.
It’s time for some changes.
And it’s not just my body, something it happening to my face too. I look tired all the time, even the nights my children actually sleep through the night. I have new wrinkles that weren’t there a few months ago and the redness is taking on a life of it’s own. I’m getting older, there’s no denying it, but it doesn’t have to be like this.
It starts Monday. I’m taking my body back, taking me back.
Next week I’ll be documenting all the things I plan to do. I would love to hear your thoughts and suggestions.
This weekend I might drink a little more than I usually do and eat a few more sweets since those will be taking a leave of absence.
Enough is enough.

I’m calling it Operation #TakeBackMe. Gym, water, fruits, veggies, new face care, etc.
