St Patty’s Day Fun {best of the blogs}

March 1, 2013 By Erin L. Leave a Comment

cloverHi, I’m Erin.  I’m a non-crafter, non-baker of things  awesome and general lousy at anything that would make a good Pinterest post person. But I love holidays, especially holidays with kids.  It makes every holiday that much more awesome.

With St. Patty’s day just two weeks away, I’ve been on a hunt for some fun things to do with the kids – fun = must be easy. Believe me, I need easy.  Otherwise, all my attempts will end up on Pinterest, You Are Drunk.  So with the help of my more crafty and arty friends, I found these fabulous ideas.

1. Four Leaf Clover Handprints! Pretty sure even I can do this one from Evolving Mommy. I love anything involving handprints.

2. Mint Rice Krispie Treats – This recipe from Better in Bulk has me drooling. mint rice krispie treats

3. Rainbow Fruit Tray – Found on Cute Food for Kids originally from San Diego Cooks.  Too bad Miss E won’t eat even a piece of this puppy.

4. Easy Preschool Crafts might be my new most favorite site on the Internetz.  It’s crafts that even I can do!

5. Old School Mobile – Surely, I can’t go wrong with this old school mobile from SheKnows.  I mean, how could I mess this up?

If you’re looking for me over the next week, I’m probably in my kitchen covered in marker, gold glitter, glue and marshmallow.
