Unplanned absence (a poem) -

I know you are not reading.
I don’t blame you that you’re not.

My posts are few and far between.
My traffic is probably all spam bots.

At first it was the pregnancy,
and then it was work, work, work.

And now I hope I’ll have some time.
If not, I’ll feel like a jerk.

I intend to write almost every night.
I have posts written in my head.

But when I get home, I’m just so tired.
All I want to do is jump in bed.

But I’m coming back.
I promise friends.
Thank you for sticking with me.

I’ll do my best to my have next post
be awesome, insightful and witty. (I HOPE!)
