As mothers we often neglect our own needs. We set aside ourselves to care for our children, the house and the rest of our family. This is especially true for new moms. A baby is all consuming, and time alone and self-care can seem like a bit of a luxury. (PRO-TIP, it’s not.)
This was the whole premise for starting my new website, takebackme.com.
