I first posted this three years ago, but it is still so very fitting. Mom, I can’t ever begin to thank you for all that you’ve given me. I am who I am because of you.

On this Mother’s Day, as I celebrate with my two children and my amazing husband, I would be remiss if I didn’t celebrate MY reason for being. Thank you MOM for all you do, all you are and all you will be.
Our family is what it is because of you. You are the rock that keeps us together. You are our reason for hope, love and joy.
I can’t imagine what it must be like for those whose mother is gone or far away. I feel so lucky to have you a mere four miles down the road.
Your role of “G-Ma” is so fun to watch. WonderBug just adores you and I love hearing him call out for you. And Miss E? Just you wait. You’ve got shopping trips , movie nights and much more in store with that little girl.
On a day like today, thank you seems so small, so trivial. But I mean it. Thank you for being the best mom there is. I love you!
