I’d been on a roll since returning from Mom 2.0 a few weeks ago. Posts were getting written in lightening speed, inspiration was flowing, work was getting done.
Then this week it all came to a screeching halt.
It’s the last week of preschool. Cue insanity.
I’m exhausted, emotionally and physically exhausted. Part of that is from bike day, field day, gymnastics trophy day, swim lessons, class celebrations and more. Part of it is the fact that I stayed up late two nights in a row binge-watching Scandal…just because I could. Part of it is grasping the fact that my sweet, sweet boy is about to be in kindergarten.
This weekend is going to be full of family as we celebrate an amazing couple getting married.
Then next week, it’s just me and kids.
What are we going to do? Only time will tell.
So for now, just know I’m hanging on by a thread. I’ll see ya then.
