Fashion Friday: Hopping on the chevron train

May 3, 2013 By Erin L. 4 Comments

I know I’m a little late to the game on this trend, but it’s only been over the past month or so that I’ve become obsessed with chevron. And not just for me. I love it for the kids too, although it is much more difficult to find chevron stuff for boys.

I just bought a new chevron skirt to wear at an event at Disney next week. My plan is to pair it with a white t-shirt and some trendy jewelry. I’ll likely have on a pair of Toms so I can walk the park after the event. I’m going for a sassy, casual look.

Here are a few other things that I’m currently loving on.

For the kids, I found these. (My daughter has the shirt from Old Navy. Paired with a pair of yellow skinny jeans, it makes the cutest outfit.)

I love that shirt, and necklace, and dress, and skirt…. actually I like all of it. I’m really loving the arrow/tribal prints that are in right now.

Totally liked that stacked bracelet set on my Polyvore page! I love Chevron, too. I have two tops with the design but I feel the need to add more to my wardrobe. 😉

The Crock-Pot Duo is perfect for entertaining and having the two slow cookers that adjust independently
of each other. According to these sites, the batteries and other accessories
you’ll need can be purchased inexpensively on auction sites. After you gain some experience, you can begin to improvise with chicken or beef broth, wine, tomato juice, etc.
