I try to ignore them, resist the urge, but it’s futile. I always cave.
Because they are so insanely good.

Easter is not Easter for me without Cadbury. I don’t mean to be sacrilegious but it’s true. To me, Easter means church, bunnies and Cadbury chocolate. That’s it.
But now that I have kids, I realize that I’ll have to SHARE my Cadbury Eggs. Ahem. Not cool.
Thank goodness for Target, a store I frequent so often I really should have stock. I can get everything I need for our Easter Celebration in one swoop (or as is more typical, two or three swoops.) Lucky for me Target is close.
Here’s my Easter Shopping List:
-Plastic Eggs
-Easter Baskets (last year we used the awesome ones from the Dollar Section but they got left outside!)
-Two stuffed animal bunnies
-Easter place mats for the kids
-Pretty artificial flower arrangement
-Wine
-Eggs for dyeing (I recently learned that brown eggs absorb color better! Who knew?)

My favorite thing about Easter is that it marks the beginning of all things NEW (serving a risen Savior, Jesus Christ, Spring arrives, Flowers/Trees blooming & more)!
I adore the coming of spring, the fun my son and I have coloring eggs, and the unabashed joy on my husband’s face when he gets to eat his first dill pickle (which he gives up for Lent every year).
My favorite thing about Easter is having an egg hunt with the kids. They get so excited! I have fond memories of egg hunts when I was a kid and I hope my kids remember this tradition too. Oh, and the candy is awesome too 😉
Coloring easter eggs has been my past fave, this year will be snuggling with my babe and of course dressing her in some ridiculous holiday outfits!

Easter is probably one of my favorite holiday’s. I love everything about it from the coming of spring to the resurrection of Christ.
I love Easter because it is a time when all of my family get dressed and go to church together and celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. When we get home we have fun by doing the usual Easter egg hunts with the whole family, eating deviled eggs(my favorite), and sitting down to a good dinner.
I enjoy taking my kids to church all dressed up, and also enjoying Easter dinner with my family.
My favorite part of Easter, aside from family time, it the egg hunts. I love hiding the eggs and have the kids look for them. They get so excited when they find them. It makes for great memories!

I love to color eggs with my family. We used to all gather at my grandmothers, when I was little, and color eggs together. We laughed, we were creative, and we had fun. My sons aren’t quite old enough to enjoy this tradition but I can’t wait until they are.

My favorite thing about Easter is dying eggs, which we do on Easter morning, just me and my spouse. Kind of silly, but we have fun doing it. Then I put the pretty eggs in a vase or crystal bowl so we can enjoy them for a week or so. (Of course, we don’t eat them then!)

I love eater because it brings my whole family together to celebrate. We watch our kids run around and enjoy the thrill of the Easter egg hunt. Then they sit down and stuff their face with candy. As the generations start to get older the older ones in their teens pass down their secrets of finding the eggs. They grab the hands of our younger children and run around laughing and having fun. Those are memories I will cherish for eve.

I love Easter because is the time to make great food with a big family and friends. decorate the house in and out with all of our 7 children it’s awesome. enjoy the kids going around egg hunting with there new clothing and big old smiles. it’s making the memories that make it so special. going to church with the family all dressed up to have a great Easter service in the morning. and taking those moments and capture them on photos they will be priceless. all of this in a big Easter basket can’t ask for more. I love it because it’s always year around a new begging for everyone and everything around us even with nature witch makes you feel great and make plans to do better things to come at home, with your children and so much more.
