Major props…

June 8, 2009 By Erin L. Leave a Comment

I have to give major props to all those who use cloth diapers. I put the bug to bed in a cloth diaper and he woke up 50 minutes later and he was SOAKED. I don’t know what I did wrong, but obviously something wasn’t right. I mean, people wouldn’t use these things if they leaked all the time.
So sometime this week, I need to sit down and watch the video to make sure I am folding the cloth diaper correctly. I have to admit…this may just not be for me. I may, in fact, just be too impatient to learn, which is sad because patience is usually my strong suit.

Don't give up, yet! Try it a few more times… Then, if you DO decide it's not for you and the bug, you can pass them onto me to try with our little girl. 🙂

Major props for just trying. I would die without my Pampers! I can't imagine doing cloth diapers at the rate liquids flow out of my child! haha

Make sure that you put your cover in the dryer at least 1x to seal the pul. I love my Bumgenius, never had a leak. The fitted diapers and prefolds take some practice though. Don't give up, give it a try. You might want to try out a pocket diaper. I started with pockets because they are no fail
