This is going to be a big week for us. I go back to work on Thursday and Aidan starts daycare. We were supposed to have a “trial” run today at daycare but it snowed here in Raleigh, so I think we’ll stay home in the warm house.
I have mixed feelings about going back to work. I’ve really enjoyed being home with him these past few months and I feel like I’m going to miss out on these little milestones. Hopefully, I am not an utter basketcase when I drop him off.
Aidan is 11 weeks today. He had his 2 month well visit a week or so ago and is now 12 lbs. He’s sleeping a bit better now too – we go about 5 hours, wake up, eat, and sleep for another 4.5 or 5. He’s not a big napper….30 minutes here and there with MAYBE one hour or two nap toward the late afternoon. He is apparently an “advanced laugher” according to our pediatrician :). He laughs a lot and it’s so cute. He’s such a joy!
Ooops, play time is over! I hear fussing.
