The holidays are quickly approaching and you’re wondering just what to get everyone on your list. What’s hot with the kids? What do you get your brother and sister? For grandma?

I’ve got you covered with this holiday gift guide for the whole family. Surely, you’ll be able to find something for everyone on your list from the suggestions below.

holiday gift guide for the whole family

BB8 Lego Figure – $99 – Star Wars is all the rage with the new movie coming out. This BB8 set is sure to be super popular.

In fact, let’s just put anything The Last Jedi related on this list. Action figures, puzzles, books…you can even get some super cool Droids, but be ready to shell out some money.

VivoFit by Garmin – Star Wars, Marvel or Minnie Mouse – can’t go wrong with this fitness tracker and watch that’s perfect for the elementary-aged set.

Antsy Pants Build and Play – $29 to $79 – My kids are known for being bored (aren’t all kids?) And I definitely don’t want them turning to a screen for all their entertainment. The Build and Play sets are awesome because it entertains the kids for a long period of time and it allows them to be creative. They can build the specified form – a farmer’s market, boat, or castle or they can just start building whatever comes to mind.

Piper Computer Kit – $299 – Kids assemble a handcrafted wooden toolbox and screen into a computer, and then move on from their engineering feat to code and program the computer through step-by-step instructions provided within the 3D world of Minecraft. How cool is that??? I can’t wait to see my son put this together.

Snap Circuits - $45 – Another cool toy that get the kids thinking about how stuff works. I love that these sets let kids build cool things like radios and doorbells.

Books – You can never go wrong with books. Anytime someone asks what to get my son I encourage a Barnes & Noble gift card as he’s guaranteed to find something awesome. Check out my book suggestions for the younger set.

23andme DNA Test -$99 – ON SALE for $79 right now) – My husband and I have been talking about this for a year or so, and still haven’t done it. I think it’s going to be our gift to each other this year. I’ve seen so many people post their results on FB and it’s SO cool.

A t-shirt from Brave New World Designs

Personalized Holiday Throw – I find it hard to shop for holiday home decor. It can feel indulgent when there is so much else that needs to be purchased. But gifting a holiday item…especially a personalized one is a GREAT idea. If the blanket isn’t for you, giftsforyounow.com has plenty of other options.

Wine – And I don’t mean some Two Buck Chuck (not that there’s anything wrong with that). How about something like the Bartenura Sparkling Moscato Rosé. Would be a perfect hostess gift at $17.99.

Binge Watching Survival Kit – $20 – This is AWESOME and perfect for the Netflix and HULU lovers in your family.

Tile Finder – Have someone who is constantly losing their keys or phone (ahem, me). This is a great gift and totally practical.

Movies – Movies make the best stocking stuffer, and with Leap, Despecicable Me 3, and The Emoji Movie all out on DVD, you have lots of recent kid movies to choose from.

Mayka Tape – This stuff is AWESOME. I’m totally putting some in Mr. A’s stocking. I’m sure any LEGO lover would love to find this on Christmas morning!

Fancy Candy – Sure, candy canes and chocolate santas are nice. But give a family member some Champagne Gummy Bears or Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels from Sugarfina, and you just might become the family favorite.

Coffee – Coffee makes a great stocking stuffer and allows you to introduce some new favorite roasts to the receiver, like Fire Department Coffee or Koffee Kult.

Great suggestions. My husband who is now retired, would get coffee from clients or Starbucks gift cards. It was always a good choice since he always had a coffee cup around so everyone knew he enjoyed his coffee.
